We went to the country house with friends and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The idea that the bedrooms are downstairs and the rest of the rooms in the house are upstairs seemed very good to us for those who wanted to rest. Everything was very clean and the house is as shown in the listing. Alejandro is very friendly and gave us perfect directions to get there and to the parking area, since it's a small town and not all the streets are suitable for parking. Besides, the village is beautiful. We will definitely be back !!!

My partner and I spent 5 wonderful days in this villa with a private pool and hot tub, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment everything was impeccably clean, very well arranged and organized in detail, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The setting is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing, and both the pool and hot tub were a real luxury during our stay. Everything is taken care of with great care and you can see the love they put into the place. We especially want to highlight Paqui's service, who was charming at all times. Always attentive, she quickly answered our questions and made us feel at home. His kindness and closeness made a difference. Without a doubt, we would repeat without thinking. A perfect stay in every way! Thank you very much for everything, Paqui.

Nice accomodation with pretty and thought through designs in a good location. Antonio was really friendly and care taking. The communication was easy and fast. There are also enough parking spots. We felt really cozy and comfortable. One highlight was definately the private terrasse with Whirlpool. Peñaflor is located between Sevilla and Cordoba which makes it perfect for day trips. Highly recommended.

Marcos welcomed us great, explained and showed us around the house, and offered for any questions/needs that came up. The house is great to take advantage of a few days with friends, both in the summer (with the pool and barbecue with lots of shade), and in winter (living room with fireplace and porch in the sun). And the beautiful environment, right next to the Huéznar and with the center of the village with everything you need a stroll or 5 min drive. We'll be back for sure.

Raquel was very attentive from the moment I made the reservation. He was very attentive upon arrival, and his place was just what we expected, even better. Very well equipped and very clean. Very quiet village, surrounded by nature, with a path suitable for everyone. We had a great few days. Perfect for disconnecting. Definitely a highly recommended host and accommodation, we would love to be back soon.

We have enjoyed 10 days of vacation thanks to the pool, hot tub, and bbq. The house has air conditioning in all rooms so we were very comfortable. Supportive people, Romina and Antonio maintenance, have always been available to solve any small inconvenience that might arise, even on weekends. Good experience.

This is a beautiful little house at the centre of a traditional white village. It is situated on a tiny square with a tiny hermitage opposite within walking distance of several great value bars and restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets. It is well located for walking etc in the nearby natural parks or trips to Cordoba and Seville (don't miss the hidden gem that is Castille de Almodovar del Rio - the real life Highgarden from Game of Thrones!). The house itself is spotlessly clean, well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden and a great rooftop space for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. And of course the jacuzzi spa is fabulous. The way it is set out (two pairs of double bedrooms separated by the living area) would make it comfortable for two families to share if they wanted. Though there is no dedicated parking, there are several spaces in the square and if these are full (2 out of 6 nights for us) there is a large free car park at the top of the hill just 2 minutes walk away, which is hardly used. The only slight problem (We liked this!) Is that you will probably be just about the only non Spanish in the village. Be prepared to use Google translate on menus etc, and to be a focus of intense interest to the village kids! Overall, extremely highly recommended for a relaxing retreat away from it all!

The place was great. The host was awesome! Very cool interior with brick. Location was excellent with views of the castle from the courtyard. Restaurants & square are literally right next to the place (30 second walk). The cave was just a few minutes on foot. Highly recommend this place. One of a kind!

Beautiful house in the middle of Almonaster. Sunny terras with great views. The house is a great place to stay, clean, all needed equipment available for a holiday stay of several days or a week. Even in wintertime. The parents of Marco were great hosts and live in the house next door.

If you are looking for tranquility this is your place. It is an apartment, in a new building, on the first floor but with all amenities, it has a large terrace overlooking the mountain and open countryside. It is true that the village is small and is set apart and because of that it has that tranquility that I needed, but in just 7 minutes you have Aracena and everything you need. In the surroundings, many hiking trails and many charming villages to visit. The fireplace is an extra in favor and the one that the firewood brings you to your door and for that price, it is well worth it. From my point of view it is a perfect accommodation for 4 people, beds are very comfortable. Being able to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset on the terrace only listening to nature and nothing else, of course it is a luxury. Salvador was always attentive to my needs in even admitting some tips for improvement. Thank you!! I hope this is helpful.

A little piece of private mountain. We were looking for countryside and comfort and we got it. He was prepared for any weather, including a welcome gift! Although it was cool, the fireplace was ready to work at full capacity, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. In addition, it has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Everything was very comfortable and clean. A few days that seemed like not enough.

Note that original listing shows response time as 6 hours, so best to get started early. Once communication is established, response is very good. Accommodation is excellent and location perfect for hikers.

The house is much nicer than the pictures. It is large and comfortable, José Manuel, its owner, is very careful, and the deal with him has been fantastic, he has always responded very quickly, willing to help and has given us many facilities. We loved it so much that we are looking forward to repeating.

The nice house with the beautiful garden is in a beautiful location. There is also a nice swimming pool. Juana and Andrés always responded to apps or calls right away. Glad we could stay another extra night. Recommended!

Stayed at Inma’s place for a week. Beautiful gardens, well looked after and so private. The pool is clean and good size. House is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good as next town is less than 5minutes by car. Inma is a very friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet, enjoy the silence and privacy.

What a special place this is! Our group of 9 (2 families, with three teenagers and two younger kids) were comfortable and well cared for. The setting is serene and everyone enjoyed the pool and the scent of orange blossoms for our 4-night stay. Convenient to Carmona and Seville and some smaller villages. Nati and her family made us feel at home. We will be back for certain.
