This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Old fisherman's house, beautifully restored, clean, convenient, tastefully decorated, and very well located above a pretty bookstore, in a square, close to the waterfront and close to all amenities. The description and photos of the listing perfectly match the reality of the place. Hosts were particularly welcoming, very responsive and accurate before and during the stay. The villa was exactly what is shown on the ad and would highly recommend booking the villa if you have a large group! We went for a hen party and the villa was perfect for the occasion! Severine who was our host was soo lovely and accommodating to our needs. She was easily contactable and super flexible. The location of the villa was great and provided breathtaking views although a little tricky for Ubers to locate so need to amend the pin to the exact location as the villa is located up a sharp turn where drivers can’t easily locate. The villa is extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our long weekend. The host supplied also kindly supplied a welcome bottle of Bellini and crisps / dips which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend and would come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the view from the balcony is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.

Amazing location, walkable to transport and Nice town centre, felt like a home away from home with all of the creature comforts a couple or family may need, also our hosts were very helpful and communicative. On the last day we caught the sunrise from the balcony, what a marvelous view! All in all a five star experience, very highly recommended.
