We had an absolutely perfect stay at Caroline's! The accommodation is as described, very clean, nicely decorated and extremely well located. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests, and you immediately feel good there. We really loved the thoughtful touches on our arrival: the welcome slate with our names, the madeleines, the coffee, the chocolate... Not to mention the linen that smelled divinely good, a detail that makes all the difference! Caroline was particularly welcoming, responsive and caring throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our stay at Dalila's was perfect. We were in Tenay for a week of climbing. The house is in a very good location for those without a car – a 15-minute walk to the train station. It was as described: clean, well arranged, pleasant from the moment of arrival. It's a little cold, so bring warm clothes – Dalila made that clear. What we appreciated most was Dalila's responsiveness. She called us the day before departure to let us know that the bakery had closed, and gave us useful information about the shops – very valuable without a car. One evening, the stove ran out of gas: she immediately helped us replace it. Tenay is lovely, the setting beautiful. We often ended our evenings with a beer at Slim's, then went back home: a CD, a good meal, and we settled down. It really felt like a home away from home.
