This comfortable private studio has a double bed, ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave/grill and fridge, sitting area with table and chairs and TV, small, private outside patio. Free internet and a desk make it good for working visitors. Self check-in. It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

Welcome to our cosy garden annex with a jungle feel! With self check in, double bed, en suite shower and toilet, wifi and free on street parking, you should feel right at home. Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Master bedroom with en-suite and a comfortable queen-size bed, twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and a single bedroom. The sofa bed can also accommodate 2 people. This home has 3 toilets, 1 shower, and a bath. Towels provided. Good size garden, free parking for up to 3 cars. Nice and friendly estate, a home away from home. Tea and coffee facilities are available and cereals for breakfast.

Due to the heatwave it was hot in the property, but Jane popped a Dyson fan over which was brilliant and meant we all had a good nights sleep. Thank you again!

What can I say apart from FANTASTIC, absolutely loved our stay here and was just perfect for us. The Lodge itself was the best lodge we've ever stayed in. So big, clean and everything you could possibly need was there. The location was perfect, so peaceful and quiet and it helped having brilliant weather when we there - even got sun burnt ! The wildlife is amazing to watch, they never bother you and just get on about their business. We could not have wished for a better stay. Communication with Jemma @ Cambridgeshire Lakes was brilliant always on hand for any queries no matter time of day or night. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning and for longer this time !

Anne is a great host. The accommodation was clean and well furnished. It is in a peaceful location with relaxing views. We were fortunate with the weather which allowed us to sit out on the decking. A great welcome and the bowl of fruit and provisions were very much appreciated. We will definitely try to book on our next stay in the area.
