We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Gelegen an der Rummelsburger Bucht genießen Sie die perfekte Kombination aus Natur, Wasser und der Nähe zur Berliner City. Ob romantisches Wochenende, Kurzurlaub oder Zeit mit Freunden, Sie werden Berlin aus einer ganz besonderen Perspektive erleben.

Für Geschäftsreisende, Paare und auch Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern geeignet; zusätzlich ausziehbares Bett vorhanden und Beistellbett für Babies/Kleinkinder möglich. Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

Wir lieben Berlin, doch wir wollen selbst entscheiden, wann und ob wir uns ins Herz der Muddastadt stürzen ;-) Bei uns werdet Ihr die Annehmlichkeiten einer stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor und viel Liebe zum Detail im Grünen erleben!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer neu sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.

Bis zu 6 m hohes Appartment als Teil unseres neuen Berliner Dachgeschosses, von meinem Mann als Architekt selbst entworfen, mit wunderschönem Birkenholz auskleidet und minimalistischen Design. Fußläufig finden sich das Tempelhofer Feld, der S Hermannstraße, der Flohmarkt am Kranoldplatz sowie der Schillerkiez.
