We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 17 qm große Studiowohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küchenzeile ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet und und verfügt über eine entsprechende Grundausstattung. Das Bad ist separiert und mit einer Dusche (80x80 cm) ausgestattet.

My spacious and sunny studio apartment has a lot of space up to four people. The king size bed is very comfy and there is a large sleeping couch. There is an elevator in the building so you do not have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi. I also provide bed lines and towels.
