Finca la Palma - Pflanzenoase mit Meerblick

Das Grundstück liegt abseits vom Hochtourismus in einem Barranco und bietet Ruhe und Freiheit für Individualisten.  Es ist nur 4 Autominuten vom Meer und Supermarkt entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Pflanzen-Oase inmitten einer typisch canarischen Vulkan-Gesteinslandschaft mit Meerblick. Das Wohngrundstück ist auf zwei Terrassen in den Hang gebaut. Die beiden Terrassen sind mit einer Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden. 



La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

The Emblematic House Los Araña is located in the historic center of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, with all the services available just a few minutes walk away. Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
