Here you can really enjoy nice days off with activities, nature, and coziness by the fireplace. Family cabin with hot tub and great views

The cabin is located high up and sunny with great views and good outdoor areas, incl. large terrace, fire pan and fire place. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with room for the whole family (maybe even more families?), plenty of beds and a lovely fireplace. The summer offers hiking and cycling opportunities right outside the door, with fishing and bathing water, great nature and terrain. In winter, it is 100m to the nearest ski slope and about 8min to the alpine slope. There are both birds and squirrels on the terrace, feel free to bring suitable food.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. In walking distance you will find a gap, great fishing opportunities and the popular Kjerringstein trail around Kovstulvatnet. Gaustatoppen and the unique Gaustabanen are a short drive away. The cabin is also close to Tuddal Høyfjellshotell, known for its good food. Joker Tuddal is open 24 hours and is only a few minutes away.

The lodge is located at Tjønndalen Fjellgard in a scenic mountain area about 900 meters above the see level. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin, summer and winter. We also operates Haukeli Husky who offers dogsledding summer and winter. You are of course welcome to visit our kennel and our 55 friends when you are our guest.
