The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

High standard Cabin close to Norefjell.

Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage area with a short distance to Norefjell ski resort. Hiking and skiing trails in the immediate vicinity. The nearest village is Noresund. There you will find shops and a gas station. 1st floor contains hallway, storage room, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bed, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + a small living room with a seating area. There is also a day bed. Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds.

The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Partial power. No running water, but there is water outside on the wall of the neighboring house. (10 meters away) New this year: shower and laundry room in the basement of the white house 👍
