junto a mi esposa necesitábamos un lugar tranquilo bien ubicado y de excelente calidad y en el departamento de Renzo lo encontramos. si necesitas esto y mas lo encuentras con el, muy amable siempre dispuesto a responder a tus dudas y por sobre todo muy humano. agradecemos por este lugar y sus bellas instalaciones si eres de las personas que no siempre tienes panoramas y gustas de estar en casa es un perfecto lugar, tiene de todo lo que necesitas, junto a mi esposa nos sentimos literal en casa. es un lugar de 3 B.

Excelente estadía, lugar muy bonito, zona tranquila cerca de todo, con anfitriona siempre atenta para que la estadía sea realmente muy buena, tal cual es la descripción en la publicación y aun mejor al llegar al departamento, solo nos queda agradecer a Laidelis por nuestra estadía en una ciudad tan linda como Valdivia.

Segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí, nos encanta! El departamento está ubicado en una zona excelente, muy tranquila y cerca de buenos restaurantes y bares, y las vistas del depto son 10/10. El depto en sí es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La cama muy cómoda, todo limpio, ordenado y bien organizado. La comunicación con Sebastián excelente, siempre atento!

Wonderful apartment and great host. The apartment is exactly as described, nice view to the “humedal”, very close to main attractions such as Saval Park and the “Mercado Fluvial”. Very safe, good parking and nice caffe close by. Elizabeth was very responsive at all times, and very flexible with the booking. We loved the apartment and hope to be back. Thank you!

Muy bonito el departamento. Nos quedó muy cerca del lugar al que íbamos, por lo que podíamos ir a pie. Quizás faltó especificar que no había estacionado en el edificio para el departamento, pero lo solucionamos. Y aunque no había sábanas en todas las camas, lo resolvieron rápidamente. Recomendable el lugar.

Muy buen alojamiento, muy cercanos a puntos de turismo de Valdivia y cercanos a él como niebla. Braulio fue muy cercanos con nosotros dándonos toda la información para poder hacer muy confortable nuestra estadía y además de estar siempre atentos a nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable para todos .

Lindo departamento, seguro, relativamente cerca de los restaurantes de isla Teja, jardín botánico y para tomar de forma expedita la ruta hacia las cerveceras de la zona y el sector de Niebla.

Que puedo decir un lugar ideal para poder alojar y disfrutar de la hermosa ciudad de valdivia. Mariana se porto increíble mente bien nos permitió hacer el check in antes de la hora y la salida poco antes de tomar el bus. recomendable 100% sin duda volvería al mismo lugar fácil acceso a todos los lugares y movilización frente al edificio

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, gut ausgestattet & gemütlich - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Feña und Andres war sehr einfach, sodass man innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort erhält. Trotz des eigentlichen Check-Outs um 11:00 Uhr, bekam ich die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung erst um 15:00 zu verlassen, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde sofort wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!
