It is located 5 minutes from commerce and main avenues and 15 minutes from downtown. Excellent connectivity with quick access to Valdivia North, South and Costa exit.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in Isla Teja, Valdivia, Chile. Located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood, withe everything you need and want minutes away. The decoration is stylish and geeky, and I hope you'll enjoy both the place and the city. We also have a lot of cats, but they don't live in this apartment. You'll surely see them around though, but they are quite cute so you won't mind.

A comfortable bedroom features two beds with light-colored bedding. Wooden walls add warmth to the space, complemented by a decorative wall hanging. A bedside table stands between the beds, and soft natural light filters through a nearby window covered with light curtains.
