together with my wife we needed a quiet place well located and of excellent quality and in Renzo's apartment we found it. If you need this and more you find it with him, very friendly always ready to answer your questions and above all very human. we thank for this place and its beautiful facilities if you are one of the people who do not always have panoramas and likes of being at home is a perfect place, it has everything you need, together with my wife we feel literal at home. it is a place of 3 B.

Second time we stayed here, we love it! The apartment is located in an excellent area, very quiet and close to good restaurants and bars, and the views of the apartment are 10/10. The depto itself is as it appears in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and well organized. Communication with Sebastián was excellent, always attentive!

Very good location of the apartment, close to entertainments in Isla Teja, nice view, ideal for 3 people. The host, attentive and very good communication. In addition, he gave us recommendations to enjoy Valdivia touristy. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, very nice place, quiet area close to everything, with a host who is always attentive to make the stay really very good, just as described in the publication and even better when arriving at the apartment, we can only thank Laidelis for our stay in a city as beautiful as Valdivia.

Wonderful apartment and great host. The apartment is exactly as described, nice view to the “humedal”, very close to main attractions such as Saval Park and the “Mercado Fluvial”. Very safe, good parking and nice caffe close by. Elizabeth was very responsive at all times, and very flexible with the booking. We loved the apartment and hope to be back. Thank you!

Very nice apartment. It was very close to where we were going, so we could walk. Perhaps it was not specified that there was no parking in the building for the apartment, but we solved it. And although there were no sheets on all the beds, they resolved it quickly. The place is recommended.

Excellent location and a good and nice space. Fabian answered any questions I had in a timely manner. It is appreciated that you leave books or board games in the apartment, it feels cozy. I would definitely come back.

Excellent place, with all the amenities, located near all the attractions. Very quiet and comfortable.

Nice apartment, safe, relatively close to the restaurants of Isla Teja, botanical garden and to quickly take the route to the breweries in the area and the Niebla sector.

That I can say an ideal place to be able to host and enjoy the beautiful city of Valdivia. Mariana takes an incredible mind well allowed us to check in before the hour and departure shortly before taking the bus. 100% recommended would definitely return to the same place easy access to all places and mobilization in front of the building
