Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. Victoria is a very helpful and friendly host and always answered all my questions. The house is nice and spacious, plenary of room with lots to do inside the house , there was 12 of use but it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as the house is massive and like I said plenty of rooms . We had a lovely time here with all our family for my mums 70th birthday, we had good quality family time together and made some great memories, that’s when you realise that we don’t do it often another. We had teenage kids there and they didn’t even get bored , they made full use of the cinema room and the pool table , oh and the snack bar 😂😂. Thank you so much for letting us make some great memories in your home 🏠

We loved our stay. Matthew was so helpful when we couldn’t work out how to use the hoist and came straight away. A really beautiful house perfect for our family gathering, and accommodated all my Dad’s needs in a wheelchair. It has been lovingly built. Nice and warm. Even had toys for the children to play with, and they loved the bunk beds. Beautiful place and if we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay again. Great base to explore locally, and also day trips to Exeter, Weymouth and RHS Rosemoor. Thank you Matthew!

We had such a lovely stay! The flat is in a great location so you can easily walk to all of the amenities, bars and restaurants in Kingsbridge. We really appreciated the little touches such as the beers on arrival and great coffee machine.

Andrea's place is in a great location - close to the centre of Wellington but private and peaceful. The property is spacious, well furished, and has all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Andrea communicated well with us and provided very detailed instructions for accessing the property. We would definitely like to return if we are in the area in future.

We found Malcolm and Delia’s place easily. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc was most welcome. The flat was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space in the bedroom to keep our luggage. Malcolm suggested a few places for us to visit which we did and we had an enjoyable stay.

Roy and Chris are wonderful hosts, they were really helpful when I got lost, very welcoming and the breakfast and soup were fantastic. The rooms were really warm cozy and well equipped and the bed was extremely comfy. Thank you so much for a fantastic friendly stay.

Great place to stay, lovely almost new cabin (April 2025) with enough to actually live in comfortably for a long period of time! The main space is fabulous - cant fault it as are the two bedroom & en-suite bathrooms. The smaller bathroom is a bit cramped on the toilet & a taller or larger person might struggle. Full kitchen also including an air fryer & the decking outside is a great private space as it looks out onto the fields. Its also the furthest you can get from the main road which is noisy. No noise at all, unless the window facing it was open. Great for dogs as our dog could run free on the decking. Everyone in the park was super friendly, the lakes are ponds & a lot of the trees have come down, so not like the photos, but there are a lot of carp in there for fishing - average a few pound to 15 pound. Cafe on site, rather pricy (£70 for 4 breakfasts & refreshments), but top quality service. Shop in Cheriton bishop - not the best shop but it has al the main stuff & a pub.

We had such a lovely stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with enough space for all 5 of us. The outdoor area was perfect for us and we enjoyed having breakfast out there. Ideal location, and right next to the park which was lovely and quiet as well. Eniko was super communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and we appreciated the late check out too! This three story townhouse is situated very conveniently for Exeter city (10 mins walk), but with the added bonus of looking out onto the river. We enjoyed watching the swans and ducks. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for our short stay. There is a short walk to the allocated parking and the stairs in the house itself are steep (18th/19th century house?), so this wouldn't suit all people, but we had a lovely stay.

The apartment was perfect everything I needed was there and more. Absolutely spotless. The apartment is well set out to eat, sleep and relax. Close to all Exeter has to offer without being in the city centre. Eniko is a lovely host, helped me work the TV (I'm an old technophobe😂) and her response was within an hour. Highest recommendation 😃♥️
