My coworkers and I needed a place to stay while in Red Bluff for a Water Rescue class on the river. We stumble upon this gem, the problem was not wanting to leave. The place was tucked away nice and quiet but still close enough to enjoy town. The hot tub was clutch after being in the river for 8hours each day. Also 15 min drive down the road is Roxie Deli and BBQ. By far the best find out there.

As returning guests, we are grateful for the opportunity to spend time in a piece of heaven. The house is always immaculate and fresh, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals, and all appliances are simple to operate. Kate and her family are friendly and attentive, and we are so thankful for the experience! As always, we will be looking forward to our next stay at the River House!

My daughter and I were in town for an event at the Rolling Hills Equestrian Center. Jani & Tim's place was a welcome retreat. It was a short 9 minute drive from the casino. We were greeted by Jani, who was friendly and kind. She had the unit all ready and the a/c was already on. The property is beautifully maintained and so charming. we enjoyed the trees, lawns and garden setting very much. The hot shower and extremely comfortable bed felt like heaven after a long day. We would stay again anytime we are in the area.

What a nice, cozy, well outfitted cabin. We visited at the start of winter and grateful for the heater and wood stove to keep the cabin warm. The cabin is super cute with great tile work and cute touches all around. Fast Starlink WIFI and modern smart TV made it easy to stay connected.

Great house in the country. We brought our horses. Place has a nice barn and pastures. Big back patio that was nice has a fire pit, hot tub, and barbecue pit. Nice view of mountains from home. If your looking for a quiet place to relax and wind down this your spot. Great spot if you have horses! Nice outdoor riding arena close to barn.

Myself and 7 of my friends stayed in the cabin in Mineral. It was so spacious and clean. It’s perfect for a big group to play an intense game of hide and seek! The bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms were very well-stocked with the essentials; towels, toilet paper, pots, pans, extra blankets, etc. I wish we could have stayed longer because it was so beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and responsive throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time at Nate's! The cabin was exactly how he had described it. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and there was a big screen perfect to watch movies on! Nate lent us some sleds which were a big hit with our daughters! Throughout our stay, Nate was a very caring and responsive host. If you are looking for a place where you can make unforgettable memories, then, the cozy cabin is perfect for you! Thanks so much, Nate, for this incredible experience!

Wow, what a perfectly outfitted little cabin. It has everything you need in a well laid out space. The two bedrooms are spacious and nice linens. The kitchen is modern with all the cooking equipment you might need. I love that there is a well equipped spice rack, oils and such. The wood stove is cozy and love all the nice touches. The backyard opens to open space the neighborhood is super quiet.

This is one of the more well thought out places I’ve stayed. Everything was quality and the layout and use of space was fantastic. There were so many small touches in this place that made it comfortable and easy to use The host communication was second to none being flexible and kind, but also professional and highly responsive. It’s a smaller single-story cabin, but they absolutely make the best use of every bit of space would definitely love to come back!

A beautiful spot in the middle of the forest. FULL privacy. The cabin had everything you needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge had some extra food and condiments we were able to use. The fire place was super easy to use and kept us warm and cozy. The patio was a great spot to hang out in the sun with a great view. The hot water and bath tub were a really nice plus. The wifi connection was very good. Really can't find any complaints about the place! highly recommended. On top of it being a great stay, Brad is a wonderful and super helpful host. Our car battery lost all its juice and so he was kind enough to come out and help us jump start it.

Needed a quick spot to rest our heads while moving. Had a bit of trouble finding the place but that was because it was dark, and saw the biggest spider of my life… But you expect those things on a ranch. The scenery was beautiful and the bed was shockingly comfy for being a bunk bed. Overall it was a good experience!
