This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house.
