Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The vacation apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right in front of the house.

In unserem kleinen gemütlichen Apartment nahe des Rottacher Zentrums laden wir dich herzlich auf eine erholsame Zeit ein. Zu Fuß sind verschiedenste Restaurants & Bars erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt, eine Drogerie, eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker sind nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich da. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehört eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar), Bluetooth-Lautsprecher sowie ein kühles Begrüßungsbier.

The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Unsere helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung hat einen direkten Blick auf den Tegernsee und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Monte Mare Seesauna. Die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt liegt gegenüber sowie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der allerdings nur eine halbe Stunde kostenloses Parken erlaubt und dann mit 8€ pro Stunde sehr teuer ist. Eine Alternative hierzu ist der Zentralparkplatz Tegernsee.
