This walkout guest studio w/private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see us from time to time you can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

Enjoy a whole house on a quiet street with your pets or children, within walking distance to downtown Saline and a short drive to Ann Arbor and all its attractions. *** I do have an online business that I do the shipping out of the basement at the house. There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***
