Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie z.B. Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The apartment (79m2) is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Hygiea on Lake Wörthersee. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed, the living area with a cozy sleeping alcove (double sofa bed box spring), dining table & LED TV. There is a bathroom with spacious rain shower, bidet and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen convinces with a glass-ceramic stove, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Altstadtnest Klagenfurt - City Center Apartment

Inmitten der Klagenfurter Innenstadt, in direkter Nachbarschaft eines Kapuzinerklosters, steht ein 150 Jahre altes Haus, das liebevoll und mit Sinn für's Detail renoviert wurde.
