We had a wonderful weekend with our family! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the stove, it’s an induction stovetop. That’s the only thing. Otherwise it’s a 10/10 in my books.

the stay was excellent, from when I arrived until the time of my departure there was always an attention, the cleanliness was impeccable and both the armchair and the very comfortable beds, I recommend it.

Ernesto was always so helpful and responded quick. He even helped us storing our luggage for a few more extra hours to allow us to go to the pyramids. He went above and beyond and always made sure our stay was going good. Good spot and location but overall great host!

I had no problem with the stay, good and what it says. Maybe the sheet that was torn, but there was a change in the room, so everything was fine. Other than that, you have to consider that there are several more guests who cause discomfort with alarms from 5am on weekends and they don't turn them off for hours and that someone was eating my food from the common refrigerator. Worse, as I said, those are things beyond the control of the accommodation.

Excellent place for a convenient Serca stay in the Basilica de Guadalupe & Ecatepec (for those visiting the factories). Sublime experience having breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views of the city center. Front Desk staff are very friendly & friendly.

Very nice place. Excellent location!! Everything is relatively close if you have a car. On the top floor, which makes you feel private. Overall great place!! I'll definitely stay again. I would only recommend adding more new kitchen utensils for those who like to cook. But excellent accommodation, we loved it!

Excellent service from the host, she was attentive to our arrival and to anything we needed. There was no need to bother her since the apartment had everything that comes in the ad as well as many cooking utensils. I really liked that it is close to the metro station and it is easy to get around, very good security and the gym is in good condition 10/10

Highly recommended, the space is nicer and more spacious than in the observation publication, it has everything you need for a family stay, super close to the archaeological area of Teotihuacan, the person who received us very attentive, kind, helpful. Excellent place to stay, it is close to two squares with a supermarket nearby, the place has double security so I felt comfortable and safe at all times, it is comfortable and nice, super quiet, ideal to rest, in addition to Alejandro being a super host, he was polite and friendly at all times!

I have had the pleasure of washing on different occasions other apartments right in the same area and this was the one I liked the most, Fabian was always attentive and the communication with him was incredible. The apartment is new and the amenities of it are great!

Amalia and her husband were super friendly and attentive. They were available to respond to messages at all times . The apartment is very nice and accessible. it is very well located, close to the Tepeyac square. The room is as shown in photos, and very comfortable.

We stayed in this house for two months. Everything was just amazing. Excellent house, wonderful Khokhyaeva. Would recommend to anyone.
