Monthly Rentals in Te Aro

I spent 3 nights and found it to be in a great location. The studio is small, but it worked for me as a solo traveller. Other than normal city noise, I found it to be quiet location. It is close to various restaurants and eateries along Cuba Street as well as a variety of theatres, pubs and bars along Courtney Place and the surrounding area. The location is also close to various tourist attractions, New World Supermarket, Te Papa Museum and the Wellington waterfront, all easily reachable on foot (or by electric scooters that you can hire). Also closeby are various car rental offices and the Airport Express bus stop. Cheers

Excellent place to stay for a couple of days in Wellington. We dumped our car rental early as parking is difficult in the city and there is really no need for a car for a short stay. The city is very walkable and public transport is easy to use. The unit was as listed, very comfortable. Be aware that if it is a sunny morning, the apartment gets very warm even with the blinds pulled down

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful homely apartment with the most stunning outlook! We spent so much time just viewing the comings and goings on the harbour and didn't want to leave! It was well appointed, superbly located within easy access to the CBD and having car parking was a real bonus. Giles was a very accommodating host and was readily available to answer questions. He was kind, informative and went over and above in terms of parking and providing some goodies on arrival. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and Giles to others and would love to stay again even though we live in Wellington :).

We booked last minute and Olly was very responsive and great to communicate with. Great location and inner city vibe.
