Fantastic view from this penthouse unit and so handy to Courtney Place. We had a little difficulty checking in as the card didn’t open the complex door, but that was sorted out. The apartment seems quite new, the 2 queen beds were comfortable but the single is best for a child. Functional kitchen, takes a bit to get used to the induction top. Would stay again :)

This place felt like a page out of Kinfolk—minimal, serene, and beautifully curated. We spent our time unwinding to Māori music on the SONOS and just soaking in the calm. A peaceful, thoughtful space. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! A new apartment , one of the best I saw in NZ. Beautiful views, especially at night. In the very heart of Wellington but soundproof double glazed. windows so quiet at night . I think I could not better than that. Fiona and her partner were wonderful hosts, attentive, proactive and also little treat they left! Honestly just amazing! Very highly recommend

This apartment was so perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the location, and living as we used to in Central Wellington, a city we all love. Sally was a brilliant host. She made everything easy and seamless. We will use her services again when we return to Wellington. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a very cool, spacious abode, for both families or a group of adults away for a fun weekend. No notes. Thank you so much for having us. À la prochaine.

Hyde Lane Unit was a great choice for us. The unit is modern, clean & in a secure building. location is good, walk to most places in minutes. TV was fine & we used own netflix account. I would recommend this unit for single or couples. The space is small but this was not an issue for us. We enjoyed Wellington & would definitely recommend this neat air BnB.
