The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in excellent condition, the delicious pool, the impeccable safety, the always friendly staff and Jessica's always friendly attention always clear friendly always responded quickly, made us have an incredible vacation…. We're definitely going back!!

Everything is excellent, easy to get to, the plus is the privacy of the garden and the pool, the owner is helpful at all times. Without a doubt, if the opportunity to go again arises, we will book this place again, thank you very much!!

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very good and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the front desk. Honestly, the place is very complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is fine.

The loft is the same as in the photos, Erika and Sergio were very friendly, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They were great hosts

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

The house was really nice and it had everything we needed it. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a month and basically had no problems. Adriana was responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again if we come back to Cuernavaca.

The apartment is a great option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. Overall we really liked it and plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

An excellent option for vacationing, it has various activities, distractions and amenities, the place is beautiful and the service is very good. The host is cordial and friendly and there is a person who is always attentive to you, the services and the cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place Tranquil the warm pool The house as in the photos and spacious

We loved it, we had a great time, the support staff was super attentive! It was a cold season and even though we paid for the boiler, the pool never heated up, but it was the only detail, everything else 100% recommended.

Very nice and large house, it has a lot of space and many rooms. The hosts are very friendly, Mrs. Ruth is very helpful and kind. The kitchen is super-equipped! It's PET friendly! My dogs were very comfortable in the garden and throughout the house. It has mosquito nets throughout the house, but the mosquitoes manage to sneak in, I recommend bringing repellent.

A very beautiful house. I only went for an event and I couldn't enjoy the amenities like the pool, but it was very large and it looked very comfortable to spend time with the family. I'm sure I'll be back!

For the second time, my family and I had a great time! We really like the place. The pool is very nice and the jacuzzi is great. The place is very clean and the detail of the shade mesh over the jacuzzi is very nice and suitable. Thanks to Fabricio for his kindness!
