Alloggio impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia. Andrea è stato gentilissimo nel soddisfare le mie necessità di check in e check out, oltre ad essere molto reattivo nella messaggistica. Ti ringrazio Andrea per la disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrata. Sicuramente se dovessi capitare nuovamente in zona, ritornerei volentieri.

Tutto perfetto, l'appartamento era fornito di tutti i comfort che raramente si trovano tra cui shampoo, bagno schiuma, caffè, pasta etc..

Un emplacement de rêve et une hôte exceptionnelle ! Belle appartement, emplacement parfait à Riccione. L’accès au logement s’est fait avec facilité emplacement de parking inclus, un vrai plus après un voyage. Mais le véritable atout de cet appartement est sans aucun doute sa localisation : être quasiment face à la mer est un luxe inestimable ! Malgré un incident indépendant de la volonté de notre hôte – des travaux dans la rue adjacente ayant entraîné une coupure d’eau matinale . La réactivité et l’implication de la propriétaire ont été tout simplement remarquables. Au-delà de cet imprévu, l’appartement était charmant, propre et parfaitement situé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour idyllique à Riccione. L’emplacement est exceptionnel et l’accueil de la propriétaire est tout simplement parfait.

Alloggio eccellente pulito e ordinato in zona molto tranquilla con mare a pochi passi . Supermercati, bar e ristoranti vicinicissimi. Marotta è una località perfetta per chi vuole godersi il mare evtando il caos delle località più rinomate. Ideale per chi ha dei bimbi.

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Silvia è stata professionale, attenta e sempre disponibile a supportare ogni nostra esigenza e necessità il tutto senza essere invadente. Estremamente gentile. L'appartamento rispettava quanto proposto nell'annuncio e anche di più. Fornito di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e funzionale. Lo spazio all'aperto è un'oasi di pace. Ottimo.

Fabiola è stata gentilissima, la casa era deliziosa e molto pulita. La posizione, non molto distante dal centro era molto comoda, per gli spostamenti che dovevamo fare. Parcheggio pubblico, ma lo abbiamo trovato sempre disponibile, davanti casa. Se avremo altre occasioni, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’idromassaggio in giardino una coccola gradita. Essendo all’ottavo mese di gravidanza non tutti i giorni siamo andati in spiaggia, che comunque dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. Essere in mezzo alla natura è stato rilassante. La stanza comoda, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ci torneremo ancora. Lorena ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi ed è sempre stata gentile.
