It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

The place and location were as described. Mariá welcomed us warmly and personally and showed and explained everything to us. Thank you! A special surprise was the purchased groceries, so we were provided with the basics. Great! The apartment and terrace are excellently equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. We lacked nothing. We had a wonderful stay in the cozy apartment. Despite many neighbors, you feel comfortable on the terrace and can relax. The hot tub in the evening was perfect after the many long excursions. Thanks for the opportunity to use it! The sunset view was particularly great. The apartment is located in a hotel complex, you can use the facilities. The hotel itself is not a beauty like most hotel complexes, but you don't notice that in the apartment. We are completely satisfied. Mariá was always available and a great hostess!

It's a great place, a paradise for you who long for peace and sun. I recommend a car for rent, so you can easily reach all the island's lovelies, and it's best to have a parking spot right next to the house. The biggest shop shopping is also more convenient to transport. But buses also go to Puerto Rico several times, and the price is affordable. From the terrace of the apartment, a beautiful evening with sun views to the sea and nearby beaches more than one. Absolutely brilliant property and lovely renter 💯😎👌

Understanding,polite,quick torespond communication. I arrived earlier than planned and promised the host,but the option was given to drop off bags and give towels so we could have a comfortable time by the pool until the apartment was ready. From this place, convenient bus access to shopping destinations, adjacent patches such as Playa de Amadores or Playa Anfi, etc. I recommend.!

we LOVE Pedro's apartment. The large balcony with sea views and evening sun was just perfect for two people. Nice pool area and easy to go to the beach by bus. a small grocery store in the complex managed the basics. in Puerto Rico - again by bus - we found remaining shopping. The buses are super cheap. We've had the best stay.

We have stayed In February '25 and everything was as good as on pictures. Aga gave very clear instructions in advance how to reach our one-week-home. Private terrace is perfect to refresh your tan and to have dinner on a fresh air with fascinating ocean view. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. The pool and aqua park were a bit cold for kids at this time of year. We've played padel sever times. The location is very good place to stay with a car: one can easily reach sand dunes in Maspalomas, Mogan and Palmitos park. It is not always possible to find parking spot next to the apartment, but there is huge free parking just ~500 m away. There are several casual restaurants very close and small grocery store right in the building.

We stayed three nights in the home and are so happy with the experience. The apartment matched the ad and in addition to being beautifully decorated, it was very clean. Cristina was looking out for us and was very nice in our stay.
