Excellent location and comfortable, spacious space. Perfect for a getaway.

Great location and great to be able to leave our car in the building carpark and walk to hot pools, around the Mt and to cafes. The apartment was spotless and had all we needed for a long weekend - comfy beds too. Our daughter was excited about a having a tv in her room. It will be nice once the pool work is done so you don’t have to look out to the building works, but was so nice to have a view of the beach.

Really liked the location of this property. It was clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Will stay longer next year when we come for the Ultimate Athlete event again.

Bernadette’s house was exactly how she described in her listing. It was homely and spacious; wonderful location for AIMS games! Kids loved the pool also. Thank you Bernadette 😊

Our stay at Kirsten’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Kirsten’s instructions were clear and made check-in a breeze, and her thoughtful touches, like access to bikes and local recommendations, made our stay even more enjoyable. Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Shane is a wonderful Airbnb host- I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Otumoetai rd! The garden with the chickens is the perfect place to relax and a dip in the pool at the end of the day was very welcome. Shane went above and beyond as a host, offering a lift into town and providing lunch on a day when I hadn’t had time to prepare something for myself, as well as generally being friendly and helpful at every opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay, I hope to visit again sometime!

Incredible home on the coast of Tauranga. Beach is literally less than a 3 minute walk from the home. Super comfortable and very clean. Amazing balcony off the living room with a clear ocean view. Best seat in the house. Kitchen is will designed and very functional. Remodeled bathrooms and the downstairs room looks great. Jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic to have so close. However, the winner 🥇 is the outdoor bamboo shower! Most amazing shower ever! I can never shower indoors again. Hannah was so responsive to all my needs and questions. She organized a personal chef to come to the home to cook us breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend you do this! Such a beautiful beach home that warms the heart and soul to create a sanctuary for peaceful tranquility.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for with lots on offer that met all our needs. Jay the host was super responsive to any questions we had and made us feel welcome. The kitchen / outdoor flow worked really well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book this place again. Location was bang on!! Thanks for letting us stay!

Had a lovely time at this gorgeous Airbnb. We all enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna while looking at the beautiful view. Easy drive to Mt Maunganui but didn’t really want to leave the property too much as we were having too much fun. Loved winding down at night beside the outdoor fire. Would love to visit again.
