Private suite on the shores of the Waikareao Estuary. Our home is situated on the popular Daisy Hardwick Cycle/Walkway. Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Breakfast is not provided. The guest suite is separated from the home by a locked door. We have a free guest car park. Your hosts Nola & Barry have traveled extensively &. enjoy meeting new people.

Harbour Drive Hide Out is a modern two storied dwelling boasting outstanding views over the Tauranga Harbour towards Mount Maunganui. It is centrally located an easy 5-minute drive from Tauranga CBD and 15-minutes to downtown Mount Maunganui. Community amenities within easy walking distance include Maxwell and Kulim Parks and Daisy Harwick Walk/Cycleway. Bay Central and Bureta Park shopping centers are both within walking distance. Our property is set up to be the perfect home-away-from-home.

River Gardens Cabin This is a quirky unique cabin that is stand alone, cozy, with a retreat glamping aspect. Starting with bedroom / lounging in main cabin, flowing out to covered deck area with high roof with clear lights, with outdoor kitchenette / dining that links to the lockable outdoor bathroom. River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

Modern bach by the beach

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

Welcome to the Azores Studio!  Our stylish, modern, brand new guest Studio is just a minutes walk down our private laneway to the waters edge. Our Studio is the perfect place to swing in the hammock or relax with a glass of wine on one of the decks after a busy day taking in all that Tauranga & the Mount has to offer. Enjoy fibre for streaming your favourite shows, or when you're 'working from home' with our designated work space. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
