You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Sleeps 6 in beds plus 3 foam mattresses. 5-8 min drive to Tauranga CBD or Bethlehem, 10 min to hospital, 15 min to Mount Maunganui beach. Comfortable older home with large bath, spacious lounge, kitchen, laundry, decks and table tennis room. Backyard for soccer, volleyball and a basketball hoop! You will have the main house to yourselves. Extra highchair, toys available on request. No smoking or vaping. Owners live upstairs.

Super king sofa bed in the small lounge. 3 toilets, main bathroom and ensuite in the master bedroom. Covered patio area, super-sized spa pool + paved area. Also outdoors; pool, volleyball net, basketball hoop + trampoline! 10 min commute to city centre, 15-20 mins to Mt Maunganui or 5 mins to Beth Shopping Centre + Tga Crossing.

In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block.
