The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
