Monthly Rentals in Tauhara Forest

I had such a lovely stay in this small studio/ room! It's located next to the garage out behind Charlotte's house and it's very private and has everything you need. It's a bit far from the center of town without a car - a 25 min or so walk - but it's not bad and there's Uber. Charlotte was kind enough to bring my luggage to the bus stop before I left, which was so helpful. The unit itself was incredibly clean and I felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The sink in the bathroom is pretty tiny but it wasn't an issue. The wifi worked decently but wasn't always super strong. Charlotte was so friendly and helpful - I highly recommend staying here!

Chantelle and Dan were very friendly hosts and their place was very clean and well organised! From the preparation of breakfast to a booklet full of information and guides, their place felt very cosy and peaceful, away from the traffic and city center. Highly recommended!

Although the weather was a heavy downpour most of our long weekend stay we still had an great time, we didn’t get to walk the gardens but could see how amazing they looked. The facilities were quality, very clean and the spa / sauna was a perfect way to relax, especially during the rainy periods where we could hear the rain pelting down on the roof above while soaking in the tub and being surrounded by ferns. Tracey was an amazing host, with great communication throughout, clear instructions and with easy access to the property. The complimentary bubbles was also a nice touch! Highly recommend!

Polar and Dean’s place was great to stay at very private to start of town so it was perfect very close to the hot pools was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this place would definitely stay there again in the future.
