Li Ying such a great host. She’s very responsive and the best part she provided the bbq utilities for our stay, even i’m just asking is it ok to do bbq at her place. The house is neat and clean. The porch can fit 3 cars. Plus the smart tv is equipped with karaoke speaker. So fun for your kids to spend their time together. Will stay again if i’m anywhere at Kulim.

Great place to stay, very peaceful and quiet. There are lots of Amenities. Highly recommend!!

Overall, great place to stay for longer period of time. Ideal for a couple. Low density building with 6 floors. PH2 had a large balcony with partial sea view. Internet was strong and easy access to laundry machine. Bed is large and comfortable. Close to Gurney malls and hawker places. Shower pressure was strong, but sink water pressure was low. AC worked great. For some reason, a few mosquitoes buzzing around despite closed windows and doors. To summarize, we would stay here again.
