Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. Our lovely home with room for 2 adults and 3 kids have been newly modernized. You can sit the beautiful garden while you have dinner or in the lounge are with a small bon fire. The beach is only 20 minutes by walk, you will be located only 12 minutes by car to Copenhagen and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Great for families who likes to stay in a silent areas, but yet be close to Copenhagen. We do love this place and we are sure you will as well :)

There is a lovely garden for the spring and summertime with fruit trees and flowers and a wood stove inside for the wintertime. A lovely beach and harbor are a ten minute walk away. Also, you can be in the center of town with the local Metro train in just 15 minutes!
