Villa w garden in quiet neighborhood close to city + beach

240m2 villa located in the quiet neighborhood close to the beach and Copenhagen city center. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 rooms with beds. Our garden is private with trampoline and swing stand where you can enjoy the bright summer evenings on the terraces. Our cat Eevee is watching the rent - she has a cat flap and needs food in the morning and evening. Car parking is free (remember to ask for guest parking). Walk to the beach in 10 minutes, the metro or bike into Copenhagen in 10 minutes.

159 sqm big liquor new delicious, modern architect designed house in a villa neighborhood - Super close to the center of Copenhagen but without the noise. The house is very unique with a large courtyard environment (atrium of 32 square meters) in the middle of the house for which there is a look from many of the rooms of the house. All details have been cared for throughout the house - Both exterior and interior, and some courageous and different choices have been made in connection with the construction of the house in 2018. This house must be experienced.

Large Villa - Central to the City

Unique villa with the best location in central Copenhagen. A short distance to the green surroundings of Fælleden, bike and walking paths, which lead directly to Islands Brygge Harbor and swimming as well as the inner city. Amager Strand can also be an option for our guests. The house is well furnished to suit most visiting purposes and guests. You can expect a cozy home and a really well-decorated house - so our guests can feel welcome. We want to give you the experience of feeling at home

Vidunderlig villa med to terrasser og have

Ideal for a family who wouldn´t mind looking after our cat, Artemis, while we are gone. The cat can stay in the basement and garden if you prefer. Quiet villa road with a surrounding garden, where you can relax on one of the two terraces. Well equipped and modern kitchen and a large living room with dining area in the one end and a cozy couch in the other. Two bed rooms with double beds and one with a single bed. 2 minutes to bus to the center. Supermarkets in walking distance and beach nearby.

The living room is designed with a soft gray sofa accented by pastel cushions. A round white coffee table is positioned in front of the couch. A wooden chair adds warmth to the space, which is complemented by a wall-mounted television and greenery along the side.

❤️ This villa features a single floor, comprising one WC, three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a garden🌲 Our street is located 3 km from the airport, yet there is no noise from the planes👏 The best transportation options are conveniently located at the corner, including bus, train, and taxi services at "Tårnby Station." Additionally, "Tårnby Station" offers a supermarket, a mini market, and various restaurants🤩 Please note that I will be requesting identification from the guests🙏

Family house 10 minutes from airport and beach, 15 minutes from city center. 2 very family friendly cats stays in the house, that needs food twice a day. Charming house from the 1950ies with private garden in a quiet neighbourhood. The master bedroom has 2 beds (can be separated). The house has been renovated both inside and outside with brand new bathroom, kitchen, fireplace a.o. The house has beds for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. Theres private garden with a bbq and trampoline

Beautiful villa close to Copenhagen and the beach

Villaen har et stort flot samlingsrum i stueetagen og soveværelser med eget toilet og bad på 1. sal i kælderen, hvilket gør den ideel til den store familie, vennepar eller flere familier. Vores hjem ligger i et dejligt kvarter og kun 15 min i bus fra Københavns Hovedbanegård. Vi har også en dejlig have med plads til afslapning og leg. Der er en grill og massere af underholdning for de mindste (sandkasse, trampolin, legehus og gynge). Vær opmærksom på, at det er vores private hjem.

Beautiful house close to the beach and city center

Beautiful big house (175 m2) very close to the beach and metro station with easy access to city center and the airport. The house has a large terrace overlooking our garden, where children can enjoy themself with possibilities of playing tabletennis, soccer or other available garden games. The house is placed in one of the most popular areas in Copenhagen with the rare combination of being in a city, but with less than 500 metres to the beach. Free parking.
