I rent out my luxury home surrounded by water for a few weeks a year when I'm on vacation myself. Super modern construction with a nice rooftop terrace. The apartment has 3 floors distributed with kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance hall on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and a fantastic rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. It's easy to get around the city with Metro, water bus, and public transportation right at your fingertips. Indoor parking space can be purchased. You'll love the space and the space.

Modern apartment in a quiet area close to the city center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Apartment on Islands Brygge - close to the city - but at the same time quiet on the terrace overlooking the harbor, the boats and the water in which you can take a swim. You can easily rent a Donkey bike around the corner, so you can cycle around Copenhagen, to Reffen Street Food, experience Christiania and The Little Mermaid. The evening on the terrace offers both the sound of the Town Hall bells, the fireworks in Tivoli and the sound of the boats in the water, which sail close to the terrace.

Islands Brygge byder på flere fantastiske bagere, kafferisteriet Roast med den bedste kaffe og et utal af gode restauranter og cafeer.
