The upper floor is living-kitchen area, on the lower floor there is a bedroom and bathroom. From the terrace, with shaded area where you can BBQ as well, you have a view on the sea. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
