Excellent stay! Downtown area with all amenities! Very clean, quiet and comfortable!

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an amazing time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing is that the pool is freezing, it's not used to the fullest, but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance it out because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are occupied, I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

We passed it very easy, we had already gone a couple of years ago but on this occasion we enjoyed it much more, since it has several common areas to live together, either in the open air or inside the house, the kitchen is very well equipped and the overall cleanliness of the house is good, it also has a good location since it is close to the Pueblo, there was excellent attention from Rigo, there was only the detail that a pill was booted by the kitchen area but Rigo explained where he was to come back up, we would definitely come back!

We loved staying in this casita. We were fascinated with its spaces, functionality and decorations. Being just a 5 minute walk from the square was very convenient for us. Aimeé was very nice and answered all my doubts quickly.

The whole family went and we loved it. The cabin is large, everything is tidy, clean, and has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay, outside the house there is a path that has restaurants, bars and the market, it is very close to the main garden, so the location is perfect. The cabin is beautiful, we will definitely stay here again. Regarding Julie, she was always available on her cell phone and resolved and supported us with everything. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable! Highly recommended

The house, talking about design and architecture is very nice, aesthetically and functionally. The attachments and cooking utensils are not enough, I recommend asking if they exist, and if not, then take them on their own. The land and space for activities is excellent, and in general the area is a safe environment. If you're looking for a bit of relaxation, away from noise and stress, it's your place.

We had a really comfortable and relaxing weekend! They provided us with clear directions and wonderful contacts to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene items so you don't have to carry so much! The condo is quite quiet, the pool is large, and the apartment is quite comfortable. 😬 Thank you for all your attention!!!

Acknowledgement to Mrs. Jessenia cleaning staff, forget my watch in the apartment and honestly returned it the day after our departure. Sergio also excellent service and follow-up to requests. I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment for a good vacation, the condominium is in a great location and very good amenities. The apartment is perfect conditions and with everything you need to have a good time and not worry about anything.
