It has utensils for cooking indoors as well as a barbecue for outdoor use. Half bathroom in the basement that functions as a playroom, half bathroom in common area for dining area and living room.

A few meters away are grocery stores, a bakery, an OXXO store, and a butcher shop. The bus station is 3 blocks away. We have security at the entrance booth to the subdivision from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
