Ideal for solo travelers and couples, but can also comfortably fit parties of three. Note that this is a walk-up apartment.

I welcome you in my minimalist, hand-decorated and designed apartment, which is not too big, but not too small. The mattress is of extremely high quality. The apartment does not face the main road, so it is quieter than an average city apartment. There's a little park in the back where you can sit. On the other side of the house there is a community park, basketball and street work out track. The city center is about 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen with a grill and a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, so it is also suitable for longer stays, there is also a small sauna for two people.
