We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The bird reserve at Minsmere, Snape Maltings and Concert Hall, forest walks as well as cycling and lovely villages and pubs to discover.
