Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding. For people who have trouble getting around there is a bedroom and a shower room in the ground floor. There is a folding bed and a high chair for the little ones. Located in a small village with all amenities 2.5km away. Nature lovers you can enjoy the Yonne at the end of the garden, the Canal du Nivernais 300 meters away for bike rides or walking.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little corner at the gateway to Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located close to the Chablisien vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/Ratilly/Chastellux or Guédelon, and the caves of Arcy. An atmospheric quiet place to relax and recharge from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
