The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

No other houses can be seen from the house, which is located on a 2650 m2 natural plot. Enjoy the morning sun from the morning terrace and watch the sun set from the evening terrace. Take a trip to the beautiful harbor town of Fåborg and enjoy a walk in the old cobblestone streets. Go on a mountain bike ride in Svanninge Bjerge or enjoy a swim. Write about linen package desired.

Lovely holiday home on Als by forest and beach

The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Small elder house in a little village. Short distance to a supermarket and the local inn. Privat parking and entrance. 3 bedrooms with sleeping for up to 6 persons. Bathroom. Big living room with eating place. Close to the beach, fishingwater and many hiking paths. Also close to Sønderborg 17 km, Høruphav 8km, and many tourist attractions like Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle. Danfoss Universe and Fynshav were the ferry goes to Ærø and Fyn. Dogs permitted but please ask in advance.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
