Vacation rentals with lake access in Tân Bình

Super convenient, located at 10min by car from the airport. Place is very clean, host is super helpful responsive and gives very clear instructions

It was my first time using it this year.This time, I used it for a little over two weeks. It is very close to the airport, and it is about 30-40 minutes by Grab to the first ward.There is a convenience store and supermarket under the building, which is very convenient.There are also many local shops around.The pool was renovated last year and is clean and easy to use, but it is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays because it is used by children. The room is very convenient for working.The bed is also comfortable.I've already booked a few more times this year. It would be perfect if there was a washing machine.

Clean place in a safe neighborhood

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, bowls, spoons etc., The bathroom is veryyyyy clean. The rooms and mattress are spotless. I had a peaceful sleep in the air conditioned room. Overall it is a vakuable stay near the airport

Great apartment that felt like home. Everything was clean and all supplies necessary were already included inside the apartment. I will definitely stay again. Convenient enough to get into district 1 (about 15-25min via Grab depending on traffic).
