Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

Bao was a super host and appreciated his communication especially when we wouldn’t arrive until 930pm. Easy to get to district one via grab. Loved being in a local neighborhood with beautiful people and food. Would stay again!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Great place for big groups,

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Really good place to stay in HCMC. Walking distance to the center and still private and quiet during the night. Also liked the access to the gym and the rooftop pool.

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!
