Apartment vacation rentals in Tamuning

It was the perfect home away from home for the month that we stayed. It was an excellent deal too for the location and amenities provided. Internet can be spotty but more than enough to get work done. Excellent setup too so you can bring snorkelling gear and wash in the outside bathroom. Perfect space and we were very sad to leave.

I was supposed to stay at another location, but due to a change in my travel plans, I needed to checkin a day later. Dina relocated me to a larger unit that was closer to her own base so she could assist in a real early morning checkin. Unit was very nice in a quiet complex, 2 bedrooms (I only used one), an equipped functional kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with comfortable furniture and cable TV. Dining room table could seat six. 3 A/C units that worked very well. Unit had a designated parking space. Except when the kids went to school, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, the kids were well behaved. Even though the rental was further from a business I was dealing with, the switch was an upgrade. Only hiccup was the checkout instructions came too late, so I cleaned the kitchen, took out the garbage and tidied up the unit. I hope that it was sufficient. My experience was good, and if I am ever in Guam I would not hesitate to rent from Dina again.

The flat itself seems just re-decorated; everything is brand new with very classic taste. The refrigerator OMG is huge! It can make huge ice balls and cubes automatically! Amenities are very close by, 3 min walk to local restaurants and 10 min walk to the Tumon Beach where you can get everything. Jing is a very nice host and responsive within minutes. Highly recommend, will be nice to come back again.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The apartment was in great condition & looked just like the photos. Beds & couch were comfortable. Everything felt simple and well organized. I even had new towels waiting for me - which were super soft & a nice touch after my long flight. I also appreciated that the water pressure & temp was good throughout the place. Any minor issues I had during my stay, Dina was very responsive and tried to resolve within 24 hours. The only 2 things that I think could be potential issues for others would be that the wifi was very finicky and would drop and regroup all the time, and there is only one washer & dryer for all 4 units in the building - and everyone seemed to want to do laundry at the same time each week😅. Neither was a huge deal for me because I would just go to my family’s house, but I know that may not be an option for everyone. Overall, it suited my needs well and the neighbors were friendly. I would stay at any of Dinas places again.

Listing is perfectly located for easy access to local attractions. Can't beat the reserved parking, laundry facilities, filtered cold water dispenser and towels in abundance for those on the go travelors. Cory and Jojo were also super responsive to our questions and requests! Air conditioning was also perfect for the Guam heat as well as the nearby pool for those who prefer to stay in. Highly recommend!

Super clean, very cozy, close to the strip, little trouble with the Wi-Fi but quick fix, would definitely stay here again.

Stewart was a very accommodating & responsive host. Awesome place with all the basic necessities. The location of the home is a big plus, with easy access to the main road and to Tumon. Felt right at home in this airbnb, will definitely come back again. Thank you Stewart.

I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

Great location, close to beach. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. Apartment was great for family with children. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, smart TV and more made our stay very enjoyable! Small stores nearby for snacks, drinks and any other necessities. Location is central.

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

Nice place in a good location.

I was pleasantly surprised with Dina's place. I great price for an extended stay and she even accommodated my request for some additional days. This area does not have much traffic and is super quiet in the evening and all thru the night. Spacious floorplan, good working appliances and A/C, dishes, pots and pans, comfortable furniture to include bed. Hot water really quick. Very adequate parking available. Nearby grocery store and restaurants. Jack was there when I arrived and checked me in; very helpful. Dina is wonderful to work with; respectful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay here in Mangilao. I will definitely look for Dina's place again when needed. Thank you!

Не будет дорогой мебели, не будет дорого ремонта - будут покрашенные стены, кафельный пол, местами поцарапанная мебель. Но зато будет: прекрасное место для проживания Вашей семьи рядом с морем, всегда на связи будет прекрасная хозяйка, которая максимально облегчит Ваше проживание и поможет решить возникающие вопросы. Нужно ли Вам luxyry проживание на Гуаме если Вы едете семьей? Если Вам нужно просто хорошее место для сна, возможность самостоятельно готовить еду для детей, близость моря - то эта квартира лучший вариант! Квартира не на самом берегу моря - но в шаговой доступности, 5-10 минут - не создавало сложностей ни взрослым, ни детям. Немного шумным показался кондиционер, но потом к этому привыкли и неудобств это не создавало. Мелкие бытовые вопросы - Девина оперативно решала.

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.
