It is very accessible and close to Tumon Beach and the center of Tumon. 📍3 minutes by car to Tumon Hotel Road, Tumon Beach, Micronesia Mall (Macys) 5 minutes, GPO (ROSS) shopping mall 10 minutes, and airport 7 minutes away. 📍There is a security gate, so it is more private and safer. Our Blanc House consists of two rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's a single-story house, so you can enjoy it privately and freely with your group without any floor noise. All cooking utensils are available to cook food. In front of the complex is a swimming pool and barbecue available and are free to use. Dream of a romantic day with our Blanc house:)

Centrally located, 5 minutes by car to Micronesia Mall, TUMON Beach and Hotel Street, and conveniently located near the airport and hospital. This is a separate room with a double bed and a separate bathroom, suitable for up to 2 people (US$10 extra per night for 1 extra person). But the living room, kitchen, and dining room in the main building of the house are not open for use! Please be careful. The host welcomes guests with a friendly heart and does everything possible to make their dreams come true. If needed, the Host is also happy to take guests to the beach to see the stars and hear the sound of the waves!
