Vacation rentals in Dededo

The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.

It was very nice and spacious. Loved the house and how clean it was. Provided everything we needed. It was a good spot because you can walk to many places. The only thing is it gets loud on Friday nights because of the club. But overall it was good.

Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived till we left. I highly recommend the place! My husband and I were very comfortable. Our hostess Carol was very helpful in any question I had which was a plus for me! Definitely would stay there again!

It was a great place to stay with friends as a group! You can use the pool, and the location of the property was so good for getting to the city.It wasn't noisy, and I was satisfied. I think it was uncomfortable because my chin was high when I pulled the car and parked it. Apart from that, it was a satisfactory accommodation~~!

Had a great stay at Nicoles place. When we arrived the hot water heater was not working properly. Nicole had it replaced and we had had water in 2 hours!! Very responsive and great location.

Highly recommended for family trips and large group trips! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children, and we ended up choosing Airbnb after looking for a resort, and it was a really great choice. I was able to put the kids to bed and sit at the dinner table to drink beer and talk together in the evening, and it was really nice to sleep with the kids since there were 2 low double beds in 1 room. (I was worried because there was a fall from a high bed.) The other two rooms had high beds. And there were toys, so the kids took them out and had fun. (I didn't take the toys in Korea because I knew they were there.) And for Koreans, it's a great advantage to be able to communicate in Korean! I was able to ask questions and get answers without any burden. There was a washing machine and a dryer, so I was able to do the laundry right away. I also drank the beverages you put in as a service with gratitude. The location was also not far from the center, so it was good to go. We used a rental car to make it more convenient, but the hotel Grand Plaza, which can be picked up, is within walking distance, so it's not hard to apply for a tour. (Most shopping streets and restaurants were within 10 minutes by rental car.) And most of all, we made a mistake in the accommodation before heading out, and we were really grateful that you forgave us generously. I'm leaving a lot of good memories in a good place in Guam.

We really loved this house with its layout, amenities and host. We even had daily entertainment with friendly cats, scratching hens and obnoxious roosters! It was a Fantastic tale off point for either direction. It brought back many memories for the two of us that served on Guam and a great getaway for our companions.
