Rosemary is a friendly and responsive host. She spent an hour with me at check-in to go over how to make use and take care of everything. The condo was sparkling clean when I arrived, and it was easy to maintain it in its pristine state with all the supplies Rosemary thoughtfully provided. She also knows the area extremely well. The condo is comfortable with lots of storage. The building has lots of shops on the ground floor, which is very convenient when it rains. The winds can be strong in the area, and it’s helpful to be able to get everything you need just downstairs. The location is great for strolling in the area and is on a bus stop and only 7 minutes from the nearby light rail. Tamsui boasts of beautiful scenery, including the most amazing sunsets. I highly recommend Rosemary as an hostess and her perfectly outfitted condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Raymond's luxury apartment. There's a lot of space, the view is amazing, it's equipped with all you might need even for a longer stay like ours. We particularly enjoyed all the amenities like the gym and the pool, and the café and restaurant for the community are super convenient. Note that it's a steep walk up from the nearest MRT station but doable even with a kid, and you can also use the building's shuttle or catch one of the frequent buses. The proximity to lively Tamsui is a plus! Raymond is a great host and we felt welcome by all the kind people working in the complex.

we stay for 3 weeks, it's a very nice property, the view is very beautiful and easy to get to public transorptation, we love to stay at this property when we come back next year, overall a 5 stars!!!
