Spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

This magnificent, new apartment is located in connection with the new stadium in Tammela. The location is unbeatable, less than 5 minutes' walk to the train station and both tram lines run from the adjacent stop. In the same complex, there is a parking garage, K-Supermarket, Alko and several restaurants, offering brunch, lunch and dinner. You can access these with dry feet through the interior. The apartment is furnished in a high-quality Scandinavian style and guarantees peace and a restful night's sleep even in the city's pulse.

Sauna cottage by the lake in Lempäälä

The sauna cabin is located on the shore of Iso-Kyynäröjärvi in Lempäälä, 15 minutes from Tampere. The cottage has a small kitchen, running water, electric heating, indoor toilet and a wood-burning sauna. Heat the sauna and dive into the pool, the hot tub for an extra fee (the renter heats the hot tub). Rowing boat, barbecue and fire pit in use. The cottage is located in the yard of a detached house. 2 beds on a sofa bed, 2 on a loft (the loft is not suitable for people with disabilities and small children).

Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.

Keskustorille tai Särkänniemeen kävelee noin 10 minuutissa. Sängyt on parvella valmiiksi pedattuina ja siivous sisältyy hintaan. Ruuanlaittoon löytyy kaikki perusvälineet. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!
