The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 spare mattresses in the storage room and a crib for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. Train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by tram.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yards near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen and a lush garden in summer. Good connections to the city center, the university and the Nokia Arena, which is about 10 minutes' walk. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.
