Monthly Rentals in Tampa Bypass Canal

Zoila was very proactive and friendly, making sure everything is okay. The place is clean and well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. Basket with snacks and water on arrival was a very nice touch! Strongly recommend if you are staying in Tampa!

The pictures were spot on. Everything was as described. Ricardo was wonderful! He's very friendly. He lives next door ( but he's not intrusive- he respected our privacy.) and he frequently asked if we needed anything or if there was anything he could do for us. The entrance was a little hard to find as it is down a gravel pathway so you have to look for the sign with the address on it. There are chickens and roosters next door which the kids loved. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kids enjoyed walking in the evening ( no sidewalks on his street but a block down there is a sidewalk.). They also enjoyed the queen size (I think) bunk beds. There is even a little house/farm at the end of the street with goats, chickens and a miniature horse.

Nima's place was the cherry on top of a great birthday weekend, from a very flexible check-in communication to the value on amenities! The parking was easy and free, the walk to Ybor City nightlife was just a few minutes, bed was super comfy, everything was clean, and it was nice to be able to launder our clothes before leaving - really felt like home. I'll stay here again for sure.
