Our stay was absolutely great! Nova Loft was incredibly clean, roomy, and adorable, just as pictured. We loved the peaceful location – it was everything we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Bonus was the excellent washer/dryer which after 2 weeks in Costa Rica I was needing to catch up on washing which I did in no time at all. First rate and I would definitely stay again with it's close proximity to the airport (SJO). best Graham

The location and the tower were incredible, many options to eat nearby and the pool was very nice. The apartment itself was a little tight for 3 people but very nice and well maintained. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else was great!

THE PLACE IS GREAT SPECIAL FOR TWO PEOPLE YOU ARE JUST A FEW MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN AND VERY SAFE ALSO YOU HAVE THE GREAT GRECIA FARMERSMARKET AT WAKING DISTANCE. VERY NICE.

I think the unit is ideal for short term stays. My goal was a long term stay of at least a year. It is a cozy modern open-concept space. I have a service dog and the outside area, because it is not fully fenced, lacked the safety needed. Although I didn't stay one night, I say with certainty the area is safe. The unit is in a gated community, with a guard who was very nice and professional. The host was understanding and respected my honesty. The host is responsive to feedback and addressed my concerns in honest communicative dialogue.

Additionally, it's conveniently situated with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options just a short walk away. Moreover, the neighborhood is extremely safe, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San José. A great location, and you can walk to almost anything you need. Restaurants everywhere, cinema, pharmacies, coffee shops are all close by. Nick is a great host and is very prompt with any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed an extra 2 days! After traveling for a month it really was a private oasis! I forgot some items but was coming back to San Jose in a week. Alejandro went over and got my items for safe keeping and had them ready for an Uber to pick them up at his home. He also gave me instructions on how to do it! Alejandro has a beautiful Airbnb and I highly recommend it! He promptly answered texts and was helpful in every way. Thank you for giving me a safe space to rest!
